Wow, what an amazing last few weeks have been at Woodbridge Crossing. We have sold most of our Phase I inventory and waiting for release of Phase II. The prices start from $494,990....... no, not a typo ....... and yes, you can own a townhome in downtown Woodbridge for under $500K..... but hurry up, the prices will go up next week.
